The weather is about to heat up and so is fundraising for the Kempe Foundation! Help us raise money at different events in June so we can continue to keep all children safe and healthy by supporting experts in the field, advocating for children and engaging with communities. First up is the Piper Inn 50th Anniversary!
The Piper Inn is celebrating 50 years this summer! The kick-off party will include a charity bike wash with proceeds donated to Kempe. You’ll also have the chance to participate in a wing eating contest and other festivities to celebrate this family-run Denver icon, all while raising money for Kempe! Can’t make it to the event? No problem! You can still make a donation.
Saturday, June 9

In partnership with ECHO Colorado, Kempe is building innovative programs in the childmaltreatment space that connect the best and brightest minds in the field with healthcareproviders and their peers to share knowledge and experience for identifying and addressing child maltreatment in groundbreaking new ways. See the program update here.
Building upon the success of the original Fostering Healthy Futures® program for preteens, the Kempe Center and the University of Denver collaborated to adapt the program for teens. Fostering Healthy Futures for Teens works with our community’s most vulnerable youth as they transition to high school. See the program update here.
