The Kempe Foundation is pleased to announce Casey Carmichael as its new Director of Development. With more than 15 years of experience working with nonprofit organizations, Carmichael has a deep understanding of the importance of leveraging relationships with multiple donor sectors.
In her previous roles as Donor Relations Manager for the Nature Conservancy and Director of Grants and Contracts, then Director of Operations for the Hawaii Nature Center, Carmichael has had tremendous success in identifying strategies and cultivating relationships to increase revenue and enhance the work of the organization.
Carmichael is actively involved in the Denver community. She has engaged with the business community through her work as a commercial broker for Cresa and as a Relationship Manager for BGL Facilities Consultants. She also serves on the Advisory Board for A Precious Child, and previously served on the Executive Committee of Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Man/Woman of the Year Campaign where she received the award for Community Involvement.
Carmichael is a welcome and positive addition to the Kempe team.
