Kempe State and Regional Team

The Kempe State and Regional Team for Crimes Against Children (START) provides a multi-disciplinary consultation team to other professionals in states such as Colorado, Alaska, Idaho and Wyoming. By including experts in pediatric medicine, the law and mental health, the Kempe START increases the chances that the best possible decisions will be made in child abuse and neglect cases.
